PAYMENT TERMS
Payments are primarily accepted via Revolut or Wise transfer, as these are processed instantly.
In this case, it is sufficient to transfer the rental fee and the security deposit on the day of the rental.
In the case of transfers from bank accounts in other countries, due to longer processing times, the full amount (rental fee + security deposit) must be transferred at least 5 days prior to the vehicle handover.
The reservation becomes final only after the full amount has been received.
SECURITY DEPOSIT & REFUND CONDITIONS
The security deposit will be refunded within 24–48 hours after the vehicle is returned, provided that:
- the vehicle is returned without any damage
- the fuel tank is full upon return
- the vehicle is returned at the agreed time
- all contractual obligations have been fulfilled
Important: The vehicle must be returned by the time specified in the rental agreement.
In case of late return, additional charges will apply, which may be deducted from the security deposit.
FINES & LIABILITY
Any fines incurred during the rental period (including but not limited to speeding, parking violations, or other traffic offences) are the sole responsibility of the renter.
Please note that such penalties may be issued at a later date. Therefore, regardless of whether the deposit has already been refunded, the renter remains fully liable for all fines.
All official notifications received will be forwarded to the renter.
If a fine remains unpaid, the renter’s personal data and rental agreement may be forwarded to the relevant authorities, who may impose the fine directly on the renter, potentially with additional penalties or increased amounts.
INSURANCE
All vehicles are covered by fleet insurance, however, they are not insured under full comprehensive (casco) coverage.
The insurance provides coverage only in cases where the damage:
- was not caused by the renter
- occurred while the renter complied with all traffic regulations
In cases where damage is caused by the renter, including but not limited to:
- violation of traffic laws
- negligent driving
- driving under the influence of alcohol or substances
- improper or unauthorized use of the vehicle
→ the renter bears full financial responsibility for all damages.

Your safety and comfort are our priority.
In the event that the vehicle becomes unusable due to reasons beyond the renter’s control, including:
- mechanical failure
- breakdown
- any unexpected issue
we provide 24/7 assistance, including:
- vehicle recovery (towing)
- replacement vehicle, if necessary
- arrangement of onward transportation for passengers
